Products and Orders (Shopify Store)

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. Many of our items are print-on-demand or made-to-order, meaning products are created specifically for you after an order is placed. Because of this, products may not be immediately available for shipment.

Once an order is placed and enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Because many of our products are print-on-demand or made-to-order, processing times may vary. Production typically begins after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, production timelines, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds (Made-to-Order Items)

Because our products are custom-made or printed on demand, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Approved cases are eligible for a replacement or refund, as determined in accordance with our Refund Policy.
